No 52 High Street
 

This was one of a group of some eight addresses which were declared unfit for human habitation by Southwold Council in 1934 and subsequently demolished to make possible the remodelling of the junction with Victoria Street. The demolished addresses included No 1, 3 and 5 Victoria Street and No 44, 46, 48, 50 and 52 High Street.
